1General Terms

This agreement is a legally binding document between all users of the bm389 platform (https://bm389.mom) and the bm389 administration. By visiting this website, opening an account, or depositing funds to play, the player is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these terms and conditions.

bm389 services are intended for those aged 21 and above only. Anyone under the required age is strictly prohibited from using the platform in any way. Players should verify for themselves that online betting is permitted in their area.

2Account Registration & Responsibilities

2.1 Account Registration Requirements

Each player is allowed only one account at bm389. If a player is found to have opened more than one account, if multiple members of the same household access the platform on the same network, or if a player claims bonuses using duplicate accounts, the account may be closed and financial penalties may apply.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Details

The details provided when opening an account — name, phone number, and payment account — must be accurate and complete. If incorrect details are found at the time of withdrawal, verification checks will be carried out and withdrawal of any funds may be refused.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. You are held responsible for all financial transactions made on your account. bm389 does not permit any third party to access or play on your account.

2.4 KYC Verification

bm389 may request a copy of your ID or proof of payment to verify your identity whenever deemed necessary. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods currently accepted at bm389 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay. All deposits and withdrawals must be made through these methods, and only from an account owned by the player.

3.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amount

  • Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks (same for all methods)
  • Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After the request is reviewed, withdrawals are normally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. If additional verification is required, it may take longer.

Important Note: All deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account that you own and that is registered in your name. Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted by bm389 and may be returned.

3.4 Payment Refusal

If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or related to money laundering, bm389 reserves the right to suspend that transaction and report it to the relevant authorities. bm389 is not liable for any funds lost as a result.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at bm389, you can receive a 100% welcome bonus — up to 100,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 10 must be completed.

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering required: 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks
  • Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks (maximum) → Balance 320,000 Ks → Wagering required: 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

  • The bonus is given once per player only
  • Not all game types may count toward the wagering requirement when playing with a bonus — please contact us to confirm
  • If bm389 detects any fraudulent activity related to a bonus, bm389 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it

4.3 VIP Program Cashback

bm389 has four VIP tiers, and you can receive the following weekly cashback depending on your tier —

  • Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

The more you play, the higher your VIP level and the better your cashback rate. Details on cashback amounts and payout periods will be provided by the bm389 support team.

5Game Rules

5.1 Game Decisions

At bm389, game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) provided by the game software. bm389 guarantees that results are fair and accurate in accordance with the software's verification. However, players should understand and accept that losses are possible in any individual game.

5.2 Voided Games

If a game is interrupted and cannot be completed due to technical issues (server problems, network disconnection), bm389 will decide whether to allow the game to resume or to void it and issue a refund. That decision is final.

5.3 Maximum Bet

Each game may have a maximum bet limit, and bm389 reserves the right to adjust any bets that exceed those limits. When playing with bonus funds, avoid placing bets that exceed the single-bet limit — doing so may result in the bonus being forfeited.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bm389 platform —

  • Hacking the platform or tampering with the software in any way
  • Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means (multi-accounting, bonus abuse, arbitrage)
  • Passing money linked to money laundering through the platform
  • Playing on behalf of anyone under 21+
  • Depositing funds that you do not own or depositing from a third-party account
  • Using the platform solely for currency exchange purposes (without actual gameplay)
  • Threatening or harassing bm389 staff or other players
Warning: If any of the above prohibited activities are found to have been committed, bm389 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately and forfeit all remaining balances.

7Account Closure and Financial Decisions

7.1 Closure by the Player

If a player wishes to close their own account, they may request this via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any non-bonus funds for which the wagering requirement has been met will be paid out at the time of closure.

7.2 Closure by bm389

If bm389 finds evidence that prohibited activities have been committed, it reserves the right to close the account immediately without prior notice. Players may contact the support team to enquire about the decision, but the management's decision is considered final.

7.3 Prize Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding a game result or a financial matter, the player has the right to raise it with the bm389 support team within 30 days before the payment is settled. bm389 will review its data records and issue a decision, which is considered final.

8Personal Data and Security

Players are responsible for keeping their payment information secure and must strictly avoid sharing bm389 access credentials with any software or service.

9Limitation of Liability

bm389 provides access to the platform, gameplay, and financial services on an "as-is" basis. bm389 is not responsible for —

  • Losses caused by technical faults or server connection failures
  • Funds lost due to the player's own network connectivity issues
  • Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account by a third party

10Changes to Terms
